New Management at Shahid Memorial Hospital, Dhading

The Shahid Memorial Hospital in Dhadingbesi, Dhading, has officially come into operation under new management. From Saturday, it has begun offering specialized services, including the district’s first 4D color Doppler machine for liver scans and anomaly scans for pregnant women (18–22 weeks). The hospital now provides 24-hour advanced laboratory tests with reports for urine, sugar, and thyroid available within an hour. It has also introduced digital X-ray services with a 600M X-ray machine. At the inauguration ceremony, Nilkantha Municipality Mayor Bhim Prasad Dhungana stated that the hospital’s operation presents a new challenge to Dhading Hospital.
